They came prepared, covered my floor, keeping our home clean, took the time to explain & answer questions and show us how to use the new system & AC remote, very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable cleaned-up the area, before leaving. Air Max informed my wife and I that the HVAC techs would arrive to my home at 8am. To my surprise they arrived a few minutes before. Talk about first impressions. Byron and his crew, Angel and Julio, were absolute professionals. They arrived on time each day, they answered my wife and Is questions, they were mindful of keeping our home clean and tidy and they went above and beyond to leave the work area clean at the end of each day and upon completion of the project. Byron and his crew did a great job with the install of our new air conditioning and heating system. Byron took great care to keep us up to date as he and his crew worked through both the demolition of our old system and the install of the new Lennox system. We very much appreciate all of his efforts and his attention to detail. If you are planning to purchase a new Lennox system from Air Max, we would strongly suggest that you ask for Byron and his crew to do the installation.
